Nick Driscoll

Nick is a director of the Wilkes University Jazz Orchestra, a member of the Great Valley Chamber Music Society and an original member of the bands "Bottom" and "Straight Out Jazz Quartet."

He currently performs with "The Exact Change" and has worked with improvisational groups such as "Rif Raf" and "The Doug Smith Ensemble" at art galleries and new music venues including the AFA Gallery and Prufrocks both in Scranton, PA and the Knitting Factory in New York City.

Nick has also collaborated with NEA grant recipient and performance artist John Bromberg in a number of productions.

Nick can be heard on recordings with "Bottom." "The Dick Faucet Band," Tony Costa and Lorne Clark. He has appeared on WVIA Public Radio and Television in classical, reggae, folk and jazz ensembles. He has also performed with Peter Schickele (PDQ Bach) at Alice Tully Hall in New York City and with the NEPA Philharmonic.

Nick graduated with a B.S. in Music Education from Wilkes College and a B.A. from the Manhattan School of Music.
